reached out to the ESF2 Section at Washington Emergency Management
Division in Olympia who passed this information to the leadership of the
WWA Section to share regarding the Armed Forces Day Cross Band Test
2026, 9MAY2026. Please see the instructions regarding the Cross-Band
Test here:

This will be a crossband COMMEX. You will receive on MARS frequencies
and respond on ham frequencies to be announced. Looks like coordination
locally will be through Whidbey Island NAS MARS.
